Heard the Learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The petitioners have a grievance that their land was acquired since 2008 for village tank. However no compensation is yet paid. The prayer of the petitioner seeks direction against respondent nos. 6 and 7 to send the proposal to respondent no.4 and 5 for determination of the compensation.

Issue notice to respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice for Respondents nos. 1 to 5.
