The Petition is filed for implementation of recovery warrant dated 17th May, 2024 issued by the Adjudicating Officer Maha RERA, Pune within stipulated time. I am afraid jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India cannot be invoked for seeking execution of recovery warrant issued by Maha RERA. I am therefore not inclined to exercise jurisdiction by entertaining the present petition. 2.

Writ Petition is accordingly rejected.
