This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to implement order dated 07/06/2024 passed by the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002 (for short, "said Act"). It is informed that the borrower has filed Regular Civil Suit No.1349 of 2024 wherein an order of status quo has been passed on 12/09/2024. 2.
