This petition can be disposed of by directing Respondent No.2 to decide the show-cause notice dated 31st October 2022 and 15th December 2022 as expeditiously as possible after giving hearing to the Petitioner and Respondent No.3 after following the proper procedure in accordance with law preferably within a period of 16 weeks from the date of communication of the order. The Petitioner to co-operate with the Respondents.
