The State has hardly played any role in this matter. Respondent No.6 is a Private Education Institution, which is not paying monthly salary of the Petitioner for almost 45 months. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he was serving with Respondent No.7 and salary was to be paid by Respondent No.6. He has not approached either the Grievance Redressal Committee or the State or even the All India Council of Technical Education (A.I.C.T.E.), with a representation. SUNNY THOTE

We find that the Petitioner should be approaching the Grievance Redressal Committee under Section 79 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to file an Application before the Grievances Committee. After such an Application is filed, the Committee shall grant a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders and arrive at a decision on the contention of unpaid salaries, within a period of 120 days.

All contentions are kept open and the disposal of this Petition, would not be an impediment.
