The challenge raised is to an order dated 22nd July 2024 passed by the Commissioner, Welfare of Handicapped, Pune directing the transfer of the resident School being run by the petitioner no.1 at a distance of about 17 kilometers. It is urged that without noticing the petitioner, this decision has been taken. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 10/10/2024. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for the respondent nos.1 to 3. Other respondents be served by all permissible modes.
