Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

An arguable question as to whether the petitioner could have been permitted to delete the prayer for possession, arises for consideration.

Issue notice to the respondent, for final disposal, returnable on 17th June, 2025.

In addition to notice through Court, the petitioner is at liberty to serve the respondent by private service and file an affidavit of service.

In the meanwhile, there shall be an ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).
