Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted a draft amendment with the prayer to grant liberty to amend the petition in view of the subsequent developments. Said draft amendment is taken on record.

Having regard to the facts, liberty is granted to the petitioner to incorporate the amendments in the writ petition as per the draft amendment submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Necessary amendments shall be incorporated within two days. Re-verification is dispensed with. The petitioner shall furnish amended copy of the writ petition as well within this period.

Issue notice to the respondents.

Learned Additional Government Pleader has put in appearance on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2 and waives service of notice.

As prayed, 10 (ten) days' time is granted to the learned Additional Government Pleader to file affidavit-in-reply on behalf of the State-respondents. One week's time thereafter shall be available to the petitioner to file rejoinder-affidavit, if any.
