A request letter dated 24 December 2024, received by the Registry from the office of the Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune Region, Pune praying for extension of time for the disposal of the Miscellaneous Application No. 69 of 2023.

We are informed by Mr Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner that the proceedings are now transferred to the jurisdiction of the Joint Charity Commissioner at Thane. It is his submission that the record and proceedings pending before the Joint Charity Commissioner Pune are now required to be transferred. If 5 March 2025

1-ASWO-13592-2024.DOC this be correct, let that proceedings be transferred within a period of fifteen days from today. There shall be an extension to decide the Miscellaneous Application No. 69 of 2023 for a further period of three months from today.
