Mr Potnis states that the third Respondent has refused to accept service. He has also filed an affidavit in this regard. 2.
Mr Potnis is requested to serve Advocate Mr Rakesh Singh, who, instructed by M/s. Kini and Co., usually appears on behalf of NHAI.

In addition to the above, the Petitioner should also once again attempt service on the third Respondent and file an affidavit of service. This time, if service is refused, the name of

In the meantime, Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 must also file affidavit by 13 June 2025, stating whether the property which is the subject matter of this Petition has been acquired; and if so, the details of such acquisition must be filed alongwith this affidavit.

List this matter on 27 June 2025. Subject to constraints of time, this Petition will be disposed of finally at the admission stage. The third Respondent has been served by an e-mail but despite service as now directed, the third Respondent refuses to appear, we will proceed with this matter in their absence.
6.
Ad-interim order, granted earlier, to operate till the next date.
