Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition, as the status quo Application was rejected by virtue of which ingress and egress of the property of the Petitioner is allowed. He further submits that liberty may be granted to file fresh Application before the Sub Divisional Officer seeking restraining order from construction of any road.

Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If any Application is filed, Sub Divisional Officer to consider the Application for interim relief on its own merits and in accordance with the law. All rights and contentions of both the parties are expressly kept open.
