Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the entire written statement and counter claim is perused, then it indicates that the petitioner herein had referred the disputed way towards north. However, in counter claim, it was inadvertently mentioned that road is towards south. This error was sought to be corrected by the amendment, which is rejected by trial Court.

In view of this, issue notice to the respondent returnable on 07th February, 2025.

There shall be stay to R. C. S. No. 314/2020 till the next date of hearing.
