In the Order dated 12th February 2025 passed by this Court the conduct of the Respondent - Yogesh Narayan Dhawale has been set out. The Respondent - Yogesh Narayan Dhawale has threatened the learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner. Advocates are the Officers of the Court and they do their duty on behalf of their clients. Threatening an Advocate who is doing his duty for his client, amounts to interference in the administration of justice.

Mr. Vishwakarma, learned Counsel for the Respondent tenders Affidavit dated 12th March 2025 of the Respondent - Yogesh Narayan Dhawale containing an unconditional apology to the learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner. Accordingly, the said apology is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

As the Respondent - Yogesh Narayan Dhawale has tendered unconditional apology to the learned Advocate, no further action needs to be taken.
