The Contempt Petition has been filed inter alia by contending that the Respondent-Yogesh Narayan Dhawale has not complied with the order dated 1st December 2023 passed by a learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.8470 of 2023. The said order has been passed on the basis of statement made on the instructions of the Respondent-Yogesh Narayan Dhawale, who was personally present in Court on 1st December 2023 when the said order has been passed. Thus, prima facie I am satisfied that the Respondent -Yogesh Narayan Dhawale has committed Contempt of this Court.

Accordingly, the Respondent -Yogesh Narayan Dhawale is directed to remain personally present before this Court on each and every date.
