We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. Though this Court has protected the admissions of these Petitioners under certain conditions, the Maharashtra CET Cell has cancelled the admission of one Petitioner student (Varad Vivek Gaikwad) on 10.09.2024, in Writ Petition No. 13669 of 2024, since he did not produce the validity certificate within the timeline. The order in this petition protecting the admission of the Petitioner, was passed on 03.10.2024. 2.
The said Petitioner points out that in an earlier Petition No.12636 of 2024, this Court had passed an order on 09.09.2024, by which the Petitioner was granted time to produce his caste validity certificate up to 25.09.2024. Apparently, the claim of the Petitioner has been invalidiated and he could not submit the said certificate upto 25.09.2024. 3.
In the other two petitions, the said CET Cell has still not canceled the admissions of the Petitioners, in view of the interim orders passed by this Court.

We find that it would be appropriate to hear these Petitions finally at admission stage, for deciding the claim of the Petitioners. By consent
3 93 to 95 WP-13662-2024.odt of parties, we are listing these Petitions on 11.11.2024 at 2.30 p.m.. The admissions of these Petitioners in the light of the earlier orders of this Court, would be protected, subject to the conditions imposed. Needless to state, such admissions would be subject to the final outcome of these petitions.
