The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that despite the adinterim relief granted on 7th October 2024, the respondent no.5-College is not forwarding the examination forms of the petitioners to the respondent no.4-University. In view of the ad-interim relief granted on 7th October 2024, it is directed that in terms thereof the respondent no.5-College shall forward the petitioners' examination forms to the respondent no.4-University so as to enable the petitioners to appear at the Bachelor of Occupational Therapy Course Examination in the present academic year. 3.

Stand over to 10th December 2024.
