1) Heard Mr. Ajetrao, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners.
2) Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 3 March 2025. Mrs. Srivastava, the learned AGP waives notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 3. In addition to court notice, private service is permitted.
3) It appears that the main reason recorded by the Learned Minister (Revenue) for upsetting the concurrent findings recorded by the District Superintendent of Land Records and Deputy Director of Land Records is passing of composite order on delay condonation and merits. In that view of the matter, the order passed by the learned Minister shall not be acted upon until the next date of hearing. 4) List the petition on 3 March 2025.
