In this writ petition, the petitioner, inter alia, has assailed the decision of the Society to refuse to execute Permanent Alternative Accommodation Agreement and allocation of alternative accommodation in the newly constructed society.

After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him in law.
