Considering the nature of directions proposed to be issued, service of notice on respondent nos.1 to 11 is dispensed with. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for respondent nos.12 to 14. 2.

The only prayer made by the petitioner is for consideration of the stay application that has been preferred by the petitioner along with RTS Revision Application No.2981/2024 filed before the State Government. It is submitted that the Revision Application was filed in March, 2024 and the stay application has not yet been considered. 3.

In aforesaid facts, the following directions would serve the ends of justice :- (a) The respondent no.14 shall consider the prayer for grant of interim relief in RTS Revision Application No.2981/2024 within a period of three weeks of receiving copy of this order.

(b) The petitioner shall serve copy of this order on respondent nos.1 to 11 to enable them to take steps in the matter.

(c) The stay application be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
