The challenge in the present petition is to the order passed under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 granting maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month and setting aside the Gift Deeds. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that at the said premises, the petitioners are running their shop and also residing therein.

Issue Notice to Respondents returnable on 28th January, 2025. In addition to Court notice, advocate for the Petitioner to serve the Respondents by private notice by all possible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date.
