Learned Counsel for the Respondent seeks time to file reply affidavit. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Respondent-husband that though the order granting access to the children was passed by the Judge, Family Court No. 7, Pune on 09th September 2024, granting the access to the children, the children are not willing to meet their father. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Respondenthusband, the Petitioner is directed to bring both the children for interaction on 25th July 2025 at 05:00 p.m, in Chamber.
