Both the learned Counsel state that the parties have settled the dispute and arrived at the Consent Terms with the efforts and assistance of Ms. Jai Vaidya, learned Mediator.

The Mediation Report submitted by Ms. Jai Vaidya, learned Mediator is received by the registry of this Court along with the Consent Terms arrived between the parties.

Both the learned Counsel, on instructions, state that the said Consent Terms are acceptable to both the parties and both the parties will submit signed Consent Terms within a period of 1 week from today. 5.

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
