Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The petitioners have grievance that respondents No.6 to 9 without following due procedure of law and seeking any written consent from them, proposed to lay the high tension line through their field, due to which their right to enjoy the field is going to be affected. They have converted their field to non-agricultural use. Hence, respondents No.6 to 9 be restrained from laying the line as proposed.

After having gone through the papers, we are not inclined to grant interim relief.

Hence, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 06.03.2025.

The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for respondents No.1 to 3.
