This matter was circulated at the request of the Petitioner, on the premise that despite the Petition being allowed on February 16, 2026, he has an apprehension that the proceedings initiated pursuant to the Tehsildar's letter dated November 01, 2023, found at page 28 of the Petition may be persisted with, and that it needs to be specifically quashed.

The order is quite clear in its terms in indicating that in view of the Petition being allowed, any other proceedings in the matter would relate to any other parcel of land that is relevant any further proceedings March 7, 2026 Chaitanya

Learned AGP also submits that pursuant to the order disposing of the Petition, there is no question of any action being taken pursuant to the letter dated November 01, 2023, since that forms subject matter of what has already been dealt with in the Petition.

In these circumstances, with the aforesaid clarification being issued, no further orders need to be passed.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
