The challenge in the present Writ Petition arises out of the issuance of a certificate under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 ("the MCS Act"). The Petitioners have an efficacious statutory remedy of filing a revision under Section 154 of the MCS Act against the impugned order, the present petition stands disposed of.

Hence, keeping all questions raised in the petition open to be agitated in the revision.

It is made clear that the period spent in prosecuting the present Writ Petition shall be excluded for the purpose of computing limitation in relation to the revision under Section 154 of the MCS Act.
