The petitioners who are intending to apply for the recruitment process initiated by the respondent Nos.2 and 3 pursuant to the Advertisement No.4/2024 (Exhibit-A), are questioning vires of Clause Nos.5 and 6 in respect of providing for additional marks to the candidates from the village affected by respondent's Thermal Power Project which they have set up at village Koradi and granting of maximum of 10 grace marks in respect of the experience of working as a Technician - III.
