2) Mr. Bapat, submits that the Reference is against the Firm, M/s. Manoj Wadekar & Associates which appears to be a proprietary firm of Mr. Manoj Madhukar Wadekar. Mr. Bapat submits that Mrs. Asmita Manoj Wadekar or the Firm, Lex-Eye Services Pvt. Ltd. have absolutely no concern with the Reference who have been erroneously directed to be impleaded by the Presiding Officer of the Labour Court. In that view of the matter, the impugned order dated 29 July 2024 is stayed till the next date of hearing by way of ad-interim order. List the petition on 19 November 2024.
