It is the grievance of the Petitioner that, despite the said fact, the Respondent No.6 is brazenly constructing the building in utter defiance of all the relevant provisions of law. 3.1) In view thereof, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c). 4) Stand over to 24th October 2024.
