Dr. Warunjikar, learned Advocate, tenders a copy of the Consent Terms duly signed and verified by the parties as well as their lawyers, along with a sketch and a handwritten resolution (8 pages).

Considering the consent terms between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.5 and 6, the said Consent Terms in original form are taken on record and marked as 'Y' collectively for identification. The learned Advocates submit that the Consent Terms do not create any financial burden, directly or indirectly, on the Corporation and the State, which are not parties to the Consent Terms.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that he seeks to withdraw this Petition in the light of the Consent Terms 'Y'.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off in view of the Consent Terms 'Y'
