Dr. Sujay Kantawala, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that post the institution of this Petition, the Petitioner has been served with a Show Cause Notice dated 25th October 2024. He submits that in view of this development, he has instructions not to press the reliefs in this Petition, but to raise all permissible defences including the contentions raised in this Petition in response to the Show cause Notice.
