At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend the prayer clause. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent No.1-Maharashtra Medical Council ('MMC') to decide the N. S. Chitnis 1/2
912-wp.13870.2025.doc petitioner's complaint filed on 20th October 2015 and again on 15th February 2024.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1-MMC, on instructions, states that reasonable time be granted to enable the respondent No.1- MMC to decide the petitioner's aforesaid two complaints.

Accordingly, since the complaint is pending since 2015 and similar complaint is made in 2024, we direct the respondent No.1MMC to decide both the said complaints, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event within 6 months from the date of receipt of this order.

Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
