This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the following substantive relief. "a) To quash and set aside the impugned order dated 26.06.2023 issued by the Assistant General Manager for and on behalf of the Review Committee of Bank of India; b) To quash and set aside the impugned order dated 10.02.2023 issued by the Assistant General Manager for and on behalf of the Identification Committee of Bank of India;"

After proceedings were heard for sometime, learned counsel for the parties have fairly placed on record minutes of the order which is marked 'X' for identification.
