P.C.:- 1) In pursuance of Order dated 17th October, 2024, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.3 tendered across the bar a Report dated 22nd October, 2024 duly signed by the Deputy Commissioner of Municipal Corporation (Removal of Encroachment Department) KDMC. 2) It is stated that on 22nd October, 2024 when he visited the site mentioned in the Petition, he did not find any tin shed erected thereon. He noticed that, there was a boundary wall and a compound erected with tin sheds. To the said Report, the concerned Authority has annexed the photographs taken by him.
