Both these Petitions are identical.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 24th January, 2025. The learned AGPs waive service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. The learned Advocate Mr. Kadam waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.4- Zilla Parishad. 4.

The State has filed its reply in both the Petitions. 5.

List these Petitions on 24th January, 2025.

These matters would be called out after the urgent orders. 7.

The parties are put to notice that if time permits, we would hear both these matters finally at admission stage. 8.

If the Zilla Parishad desires, the affidavit in reply be filed, on or before 10th January, 2025.
