After the matter was argued for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that the Petitioner will apply to the concerned Customs Authorities for release of seized goods and also for sending the samples for testing to the appropriate laboratory.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that, if some directions are issued to the Customs Authorities to consider
(2) WP-13914.24.DOCX and dispose of these applications in accordance with law expeditiously, this Petition could be disposed of. 3.
Unfortunately, the Petitioner, has not even impleaded the Customs as party Respondent in this Petition. 4.
Nevertheless, if, any application as above, is made by the Petitioner, we are sure that the concerned Customs Authorities will dispose of such application in accordance with law taking into consideration that the goods in this case are perishable in nature.
5.
By expressing the above hope, we dispose of this Petition.
6.
There shall be no order for costs.
