The petitioner has acquired qualifications treated equivalent to MBBS from the New Vision University, Georgia in 2022. She has been issued a digital certificate by the Maharashtra Medical Council, Mumbai. The petitioner with a view to pursue post graduate education appeared at the NEET (PG) Examination 2024 and has secured 61891 rank. In view of clause 8.2 of the Information Brochure, the candidates who have passed MBBS Examination from a foreign university have not been treated as eligible for the admission process. Hence, the petitioner has challenged Clause 8.1 and 8.2 of the Information Brochure. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 24th October 2024. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent nos.1 to 3. Respondent no.4 be duly served.
