Challenge raised in this Writ Petition is to the Clause 8.2 of the Admission Brochure prescribed under NEET - PG 2024. By the said Clause, the candidates, who have passed MBBS examination from a foreign University, are not eligible for seeking admission for NEET-PG 2024, which is conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell. 2.

Our attention is invited to the judgment of the co-ordinate Bench in Writ Petition (L) No. 33329 of 2024 dated 27/11/2024 (Anna Mathew vs State of Maharashtra & Ors.) where an identical challenge to Clause 8.2 was considered.

We, therefore, find that for the reasons assigned in the said judgment, akn
