Mr. Sable, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent submits that there is an interim relief operating in favour of the Petitioner and prays that no coercive actions shall be taken against the Petitioner for recovering arrears as per the impugned order. He also submits that the Petitioner has already paid an amount of Rs. 60,000/- towards the arrears to the Respondent as directed by this Court on 16th October, 2024. However, thereafter, he has not deposited any amount. Hence, there is an urgency in the matter. 2.
