Mr. Chandurkar, learned Additional G.P. has brought to our notice a letter dated 17th October 2024 written by the State Government to the Additional Director General and Inspector General, Prisons and Reform Services, State of Maharashtra, whereby decision to proceed ahead with the earlier tender process has been conveyed. A copy of said letter dated 17th October 2024 is taken on record. 3.

In view of the aforesaid letter/decision dated 17th October 2024, nothing needs to be adjudicated any further in these writ petitions, which are hereby disposed of in terms of the aforesaid decision.

In view of disposal of the writ petitions, all pending interim application(s) stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
