In pursuance of the order dated 5 February 2025 and the subsequent order dated 26 February 2025, the concerned authority has heard the petitioner on the show cause notice in question and the final order dated 10 March 2025 has been passed. A copy of which is placed on record in the affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 and 2 Shri. Purushottam Sakhare dated 11 March 2025.

Considering the complexion of the proceedings, we are of the opinion that if the petitioner is aggrieved by such order, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to file afresh proceedings assailing such order for which all contentions as the petitioner would intend to raise can be kept open. We accordingly dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge order dated 10 March 2025 passed by the appropriate officer. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. 4.
