Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that in response to the show cause notice dated 26 February 2024, the Petitioner has already filed a reply. He however submits that the show cause notice is not being disposed of and therefore, suitable directions be issued for disposing of the show cause notice expeditiously.

Mr Zinzuwadia, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that even FIR has also been filed in this matter and he will produce the same by filling a supplementary reply to the show

Accordingly, the Additional Commissioner, who has issued the show cause notice, is directed to dispose of the show cause notice, by considering the reply already filed and the additional reply which will be filed within a week from today, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within four weeks from the Petitioner filing the additional reply. If no additional reply is filed within a week from today, the Additional Commissioner must dispose of the show cause notice within four weeks from today. The Additional Commissioner must give the Petitioner an opportunity of hearing and pass and communicate a reasoned order to the Petitioner.

All contentions of all parties are however left open for the present.
