PATIL, JJ DATE : 10th OCTOBER, 2024 P.C. :- The principal relief sought in the writ petition is vide prayer clause (a) which reads as under :- (a) Call for the relevant records and proceeding from the office of the Respondents and after going into the legality of the same, direct Respondent no.9 MIMSR college Latur to admit Petitioner to MBBS course in view of allotment letter dated 1.10.2024

We note that all other prayers are consequential and dependent upon the grant of the main relief.

In our view, the matter would lie before the Aurangabad Bench of this Court.

The learned Senior Advocate appearing for the respondent no.9 submits that no objection based on territorial jurisdiction would be raised before the Aurangabad Bench. Statement is accepted.

Writ petition is not entertained for aforesaid reason. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps by approaching the Aurangabad Bench.
