This Petition is pending from the year 2024. The issue pertains to the payment of COVID compensation. Learned AGP requested for some time to file Affidavit-in-Reply. Though there is some reluctance on our part to grant any further time, only in the interest of justice, one week's time is granted to the learned AGP to file Affidavit-in-Reply as according to her, draft of the Affidavit-in-Reply is ready. 3.
It is made clear that on the next date, we propose to hear this matter finally and if the Affidavit-in-Reply is not filed, this Court shall Satish Sangar 1/2
