Learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 states that Indian Nursing Council is the apex and statutory body in respect of nursing education and training, due guidelines and regulations are to be scrupulously followed by all State Nursing Councils/State Examination Boards. Hence he is unable to comment on the relief sought by the petitioner. 2.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to add Indian Nursing Council as party respondent. Leave granted. Amendment to be effected forthwith.
