Since remedy under Section 154(2A) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 is available to the petitioner for challenging the steps taken to recover the dues by the respondent no.5-Society, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

By granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all grievances while availing such statutory remedy, the writ petition is disposed of as not entertained. All points are kept open.
