Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for the Respondent/State.

The only relief sought by the Petitioner is for expeditious adjudication of the proceedings filed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets And Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002. It is pointed out that though the proceedings were filed on 31.05.2024, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate has not yet decided the same. The next date of the proceedings is 19.10.2024. In view of the provisions of Section 14(1) proviso, such proceedings are required to be decided within a period not exceeding sixty days. 4.

date of the proceedings, which is 19.10.2024, the Respondent No.1 shall decide the same in accordance with law.
