The petitioners are the original defendants against whom by an order dated 15 February, 2017 granted order of injunction restraining them from carrying out construction or from carrying out which would revalued the property.

The order of injunction has been confirmed by the Appellate Court with the result at least since 15 February, 2017 there is interim injunction running against the petitioners. Hence, no interference at this stage called is called for. 3.

However, it is made clear that the observations made in the impugned orders cannot influence the trial Court while deciding the Suit. The petition is disposed of.
