CORAM
: RAVINDRA V. GHUGE & M. M. SATHAYE, JJ.
DATE : 14th OCTOBER, 2024.
P.C.:- 1.
The Petitioners grievance is that the private Education Institute is not been paying salary to the Petitioners, since October, 2017 till May, 2022. Both the Petitioners superannuated on 31/05/2022. Their prayer is that unpaid salary should be ordered to be recovered under the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court. No other aspect is either pleaded or canvassed before us.
2.
The learned AGP submits that Respondent No. 2 is an Institute, akn (1)
60&67.WP.14025.2024-.odt which does not receive any grant-in-aid from the Government and it is purely a private dispute between the Petitioners and Respondent No. In view of the above, the Petitioners will have to approach the appropriate Court for seeking recovery of unpaid salary by the employer. 3.
It is well settled that disputed issues cannot be considered in a Writ Petition. Granting liberty to approach the appropriate forum, including the grievance redressal committee, both these Writ Petitions are disposed off.
