It is apparent that the Petitioner's selection is not through the Pavitra Portal and the private management has selected and appointed the Petitioner, which is a ground for refusal of approval to the appointment. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 25/11/2024. The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 5.

The Management would not terminate the services of the Petitioner only on the ground of lack of approval, in light of the full Bench judgment delivered by this Court in St. Ulai High School vs. Devendraprasad Jagannath Singh, 2007 (1) Mh.L.J. 597, and shall continue to pay the akn (1)

64.WP.14032.2024.odt monthly salary to the Petitioner.

All office objections to be removed on or before 13/11/2024, failing which, the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court, on 14/11/2024.
