Heard learned Advocate Shri.Diwan for the Petitioner who is Respondent before the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Pune.

There is an Award against them. They have challenged it before the District Court as per Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Satish Sangar 1/2

11-WP-14038-2024.doc Act, 1996. They are asked to deposit certain sum. They have deposited. However, present Respondent No.1 has made a grievance that the amount is not calculated and deposited as per the direction given by the District Court. Let, copy of order imposing condition be produced on the next date.

The direction given by the District Court asking the Petitioner to deposit an additional amount is challenged. Today, learned Advocate Shri.Narvankar for the Respondent No.1 is in difficulty. 4.

Stand over to 18th November 2024. To be listed "First on Board" for final disposal at an admission stage.
